With six bedrooms and six private baths, our White River Lodge will sleep from 3 to 20 in comfort, and our cabins are cozy!!
With us, you won’t find a resort with the cabins all scrunched together and tents and RV’s set up in your side yard. We love to camp too, but we don’t want your vacation experience at our place to feel crowded.
All lodging has FREE WiFi access. The cabins have DVD’s with a
TV, but no television signal. The Lodge has satellite TV, and DVD’s.
We are located 8 minutes south of Norfork, Arkansas close to the Red’s Landing access on the White River. Our resort is 3/10ths of a mile off the pavement, down a private gravel lane.

The Creekside Cabin for 2 – 6
Our Creekside Cabin is a place where you can bring the family or a small group of friends and truly relax. While the fishermen fish, the rest of the group unwinds in comfort. Sit in the hot tub for 6 while watching the flames flicker in the porch fireplace. Watch a movie on the DVD. You’ll find a small library of family children’s movies. Two Bedrooms, each with a queen bed and a really comfortable futon, allows you to sleep 6. Completely furnished kitchen. Outside BBQ grill. Plus a Free Canoe/Kayak Rental Day!

The Riverfront House
3 bedroom, 2bath, sleeps up to 7 – 8
The Riverfront House sits directly on the White River only a few minutes from the town of Norfork and the North Fork River. Beautiful White River views can be enjoyed from nearly every room, or you can sit on the back deck as you watch the birds and squirrels play.
The water is only 200 feet out your back door and you can easily walk down to a great fishing spot waiting just for you.
The Riverfront House is a contemporary open design appointed with comfortable upscale furnishings and an easy to use gas log fireplace. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms easily accommodate 4 – 8 guests. The master bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom and 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has a full sized bed. A Tempur-Pedic queen sized Sleeper sofa is in the living room. Flat screen TV’s with Direct TV, a DVD library, and board games provide you with indoor entertainment. The washer and dryer make longer stays convenient.
Like all of the lodging at Riverside Retreat:

We have named the suites Meadow View and Trout’s End. Each suite is nearly identical in the common areas with the exception of décor. They do vary in the way we have set up the number of beds.
Meadow View will sleep 12. All 3 bedrooms have one queen and two twins bunked.
Trout’s End will sleep 8. Two bedrooms have one queen. The third bedroom has 4 twins bunked.

Inside each bedroom you have a full sized private bathroom with a tub/shower unit and toilet. Just outside the bathroom door is a single sink vanity. There is a small open closet space for hanging clothes in the corner behind the door. Each bedroom has a antique dresser or chest of drawers.

Boat Rental Rates
* $98.00 for a Full Day , plus whatever gas you use.
* $78.00 for a 1/2 Day , plus whatever gas you use.
Our 20′ boats are some of the best made. More stable and larger than the standard river jon boat. They are powered by Mercury jet drive outboards so you don’t have to worry about tearing up a prop. Each boat has 4 comfortable seats, and there is no extra charge for paddles, life vests, landing net, anchors or drag chains.

Holiday Minimums – Warm weather Holiday weekends require a three night stay, no exceptions.
No smoking inside.
No Pets. We love animals too, but there are quite a few people who prefer places where pets haven’t stayed.
Check in time – 3:00 PM (If you would like to check in early let us know and we will accommodate you if it is at all possible.)

Our Policies
Reservation Deposit – A deposit of 50% and a credit card number is required to guarantee all reservations.
Our satisfaction Guarantee. If you arrive and something has been misrepresented within this website, we will fully refund your deposit and you have no obligation to stay with us.
Free canoe/kayak rental day policy. We have 2 canoes and 2 kayaks that are our guests to use for one day at no charge. Please check the availabilty for the dates you want when making your reservations. Reservations are made to hold the boats on a first come basis. If no other guests have reserved or used the boats they may be available for additional free rental days. Shuttle service is not included, but can be provided for a small fee of $25 for 1 or 2 boats, $35 for 3 or 4 boats.
Please read our cancellation policy below. I know it sounds a little strict, but we’ve learned some folks make reservations without much thought or planning and then cancel. We hold you responsible all reservations , but if you book a guided fishing trip or boat rental and the weather or river conditions are unsafe, we don’t hold you responsible for those bookings, and that policy is generally more forgiving than most resorts in the area.
Cancellation or Early Departure Policy – Because we do not have the road visibility that hotels do, we rely heavily on your commitment to the dates you reserve. Once you give us a deposit, we begin turning other potential customers away.
- We don’t want anyone to have to travel in hazardous conditions, if the Highway Patrol for a state you must travel through issues a * ”hazardous driving conditions exist” warning, we will NOT hold you accountable for your reservation. This may or may not be the case for a departure, but we want you safe and we will look at each case individually.
- Any cancellations or changes may be made up until 30 days prior to arrival and we will return your deposit, less a $25 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival, if we can rebook your reservations we will refund your deposit, less a $25 cancellation fee.
- If cancellations are made less than 30 days prior to arrival, and we cannot rebook your reservations, you will forfeit your deposit.
- Reservations booked 30 or fewer days before arrival will have 24 hours to make any change or cancellation.
- No shows or early departures due to inclement (see first bullet above*)weather will be charged for all reservations.
Damages – We hope you will leave our accommodations just as you found them. All other rentals should be returned in the same condition that you received them. The guest who made the reservations is ultimately responsible for any damages found during or after your stay. Should we find any damages, we will contact you and your credit card will be charged accordingly.
